freaky friday

Friday the 13^th is supposed to be a day of bad luck. But so far today: I’ve had a good hair day, found a new way to wear and old top, received four compliments on said top, had time to have a whole cup of coffee before leaving the house, helped organize a pizza party at work, ate lots of pizza at work, turned my mouth blue with a blue raspberry jolly rancher, avoided Chuck E Cheese once again {long story…}, got off work a little earlier than usual, bought two birthday gifts for two great friends, walked around downtown and enjoyed the sunshine, bought groceries for once-a-month cooking, enjoyed lots of free beer tasting at the grocery store, made some sangria, drank some sangria, fired up the grill to cook some homemade turkey burgers on this awesomely beautiful spring day.... and then the buckets and buckets of pouring rain and hail started. All over our turkey burgers. You got me, Friday the 13th!
